A 93 year-old woman is using her lifelong passion for knitting to help raise money for charity.

Peggy Moore, who lives at a care home in Glastonbury in Somerset, has been creating knitted toys, dolls, clowns and blankets.

Ms Moore has raised more than £1,000 for Children's Hospice South West by selling the items.

"Visitors and residents order things from me, I feel like I am knitting all the time, I like to feel I am helping somebody," she explained.
